CBT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is one of the most evidence based and popular therapy modalities for a reason. I am certified in CBT for Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma. CBT can also be useful in overcoming phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder and more.Life changes, stress reduction, relationship challenges, and other issues can also be successfully addressed.

EMDR
EMDR is a psycho-therapeutic treatment that uses bilateral stimulation to help process trauma. It is a very effective and evidence based approach to treating trauma, phobias, anxiety and for helping shift negative cognition. EMDR can only be facilitated by a trained EMDR practitioner and the use of eye movements, headphones or is engaged. Most clients find it very successful and it often works more rapidly than other types of psychotherapy.

Hypnotherapy
Modern hypnosis is all about empowerment. During hypnosis the subconscious mind is accessed, yet you are fully in control. You can create new habits and release the old, access past lives, and understand relationships and their significance in your life. Your session will depend on your goals, and we can create a unique treatment plan to align with your highest self.

Art Therapy
Art Therapy is a modality which utilizes the creative process for psychotherapeutic benefit. I have a Masters in Art Therapy and have been trained to help people discover and communicate feelings and issues through art, as well as experience the benefits of the creative process. Art therapy can benefit those with anxiety, depression, trauma and more.

Gottman Couples Therapy
Improve your relationship, communication skills, and rediscover your love for one an other. Sometimes it is about exploring what the right path is for you and your partner at this time. I am trained in Gottman therapy which is the gold standard of treatment for couples work. We will use this modality to explore your needs and issues.
