I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. I have a Masters in Art Therapy from Concordia University. I am Trained in the use of EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) as well as Hypnotherapy. I am passionate about helping people reach their mental health and wellness goals with compassion, respect and confidentiality.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is one of the most evidence based and popular therapy modalities for a reason. I am certified in CBT for Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma. CBT can also be useful in overcoming phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder and more.Life changes, stress reduction, relationship challenges, and other issues can also be successfully addressed
Modern hypnosis is all about empowerment. During hypnosis the subconscious mind is accessed, yet you are fully in control. You can create new habits and release the old, access past lives, and understand relationships and their significance in your life. Your session will depend on your goals, and we can create a unique treatment plan to align with your highest self.
Art Therapy is a modality which utilizes the creative process for psychotherapeutic benefit. I have a Masters in Art Therapy and have been trained to help people discover and communicate feelings and issues through art, as well as experience the benefits of the creative process. Art therapy can benefit those with anxiety, depression, trauma and more.

EMDR is a psycho-therapeutic treatment that uses bilateral stimulation to help process trauma. It is a very effective and evidence based approach to treating trauma, phobias, anxiety and for helping shift negative cognition. EMDR can only be facilitated by a trained EMDR practitioner and the use of eye movements, headphones or is engaged. Most clients find it very successful and it often works more rapidly than other types of psychotherapy.

Your extended benefits may cover our session fees (via reimbursement), please check with your current provider.
I am also currently a provider for the Crime Victim Assistance Program, Worksafe BC and I.C.B.C. and have worked with other insurance providers for short and long term disability plans. Sliding scale spots may be available as agreed upon.
Fees are $120 (plus 5% gst) for a 50 minute session

$160 (5% gst added) per 90 minute session.

$240 plus 5%gst
Cancellation Policy: 24hr notice of cancellation is required or the regular session rate must be charged as is standard.
