Hello Superstar Moms!
If we have not met, my name is Ava Clark. I am a life coach and a clinical counsellor.

I help Superstar Moms of ADHD and High Needs kids to truly prioritize themselves, calm their nervous system, get their energy back, and have more fun with their kids.

Not only do I have over 15 years of professional experience working with moms and children, but I have very personal experiences as a mother of an awesome, sweet and smart young boy with ADHD, dyslexia and dysgraphia.
